Melissa Doss Law is a small, agile firm located in Northern Kentucky that focuses their practice in family and divorce law. As a mediator, family lawyer and certified in collaborative divorces, we will work closely with you to efficiently help you resolve your legal problems. Whether you are involved in a divorce, custody dispute, or adoption, the attorneys at Melissa Doss Law understand that your legal problems can be emotionally difficult. You will find that we will respond quickly to all inquiries and issues that you may be having.
As a mediator, family lawyer and certified in collaborative divorces, Melissa’s approach is to first attempt to resolve cases outside of the courtroom. She believes all parties not only get better outcomes when cases are decided outside of the court room, but when children are involved, this is in their best interest. Melissa understands certain cases must go to court and is very experienced in litigation as well.
Melissa knows Family Law and she will fight for what is right. In addition to being a tough attorney, Melissa is a nationally recognized athlete. She is a national champion in cheer leading and also a competitive Crossfit athlete. Melissa has competed as both an individual and on a team in Crossfit and most notably, her team took 2nd in the world at the 2014 Crossfit Games.
Melissa is very active with the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Northern Kentucky Collaborative Law group. Additionally, she is a member of the Erlanger Business Council.
In addition to living an active life, in Melissa’s downtime she enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, their two rescue pups, and their new daughter, Vale. Melissa also enjoys traveling, hiking, and shooting. When you want somebody that understands the law and is tough enough to fight for justice, you want Melissa Doss Law.
